Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


If you believe that the taste coffee pods and/or capsules produced by Nespresso® is better than our coffee pods, in your subjective opinion, then we will refund you 100% of the total purchase price, including shipping. We may ask for feedback to improve our product and service, but your response is not contingent on the refund itself.

You do not need to send us your purchase, just simply email us at and we'll arrange the refund within 24 hours, which we will confirm with you.

NB: The money may take longer than 24 hours to be received by your bank account.


If you haven’t received a refund within 5 business days of our refund confirmation email, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
